The only thing the Sharks will miss ..or not miss are the number of penalties he conceded regularly.
He does have a bit of Ennis about himad that may be missed along with his kicking.
Moylan is a FB so do you think he fell out at the Choccy soldiers because he didn't want to play there ad has a Hayne Plane dream to be a top half or 5/8th??.

Valentine Holmes on the outer - especially with the Cap situation.

Too many FB's and only one FB spot. It could have more confusing if they gotten B Mozz to.
The Sharks have spent up big and a few other clubs including the Eel and Dragons could use their accountancy skills.

Holmes should head to the Titans if Hayne leaves.

That's an idea and being a former FB the Sharks might even do a swap deal for the Playne with some cash adjustments

Jayden Brailey has signed a contract extension with the Sharks, committing his future to the club for another two seasons.

Favourites for Pearce. Hard to believe they can still be buying.

The Sharks mourn the passing of Noel Thornton, first grade captain in 1968 and the man who took on the unenviable task of coaching Cronulla’s first grade team the year following the club’s appearance in the 1973 Grand Final.

A tough, hard-working forward, valued for his ball-winning skills in the scrums of the day where that was a hooker’s primary role, Thornton was much respected by those who played alongside him as teammates and later as players under his coaching. He passed away on the Gold Coast late last week.

Not much of a swap for Maloney.

Very useful back-up tho - and behind a good pack would be even better.

Who have they replaced Maloney with then, if not him? I may be a bit out of touch.

They do have a few (Townsend and Flanagan), plus Moylan of course.

With BB back on the radar and Duges already there - will Holmes be on the lookout for a new home.

Saints are cash ready - but I guess the Chooks will be as well - they seem to have a steady stream of cash left.

Just like Jarryd Hayne needs a 1 year membership to Lite n' Easy. I think he may have stolen the referee's sponsor (KFC) over the off-season. The "Hayne plane" left the Eels hanger looking like a fighter jet and has come back looking like Antonov An-225 Mriya. For those that don't realise it, THAT's a big ass plane!!

During a recent Eels training camp here on the Central Coast, Jarryd "Buffet Boy" Hayne was beaten in a training run by coach Brad Arthur (43 yrs) and Arthur's 13 year old son, but somehow Hayne was always first in line when they got to the buffet for lunch!

James Segeyaro suffered a head knock against the Roosters and will be put through the concussion protocols during the week. Josh Dugan was a late withdrawal on Friday night but should be fit for this Friday's trip to Wollongong for the derby with the Dragons.

    Josh Dugan (groin, round 6)
    James Segeyaro (concussion, round 6)

Sione Katoa (broken jaw, round 7)
    Jayson Bukuya (groin, round 7)
