Surely, this is where the Dodgies bow out.

    Good win by the Roosters.
It was a game that had a little of everything and something for everybody.
There were hard tackles and offloads by the dozen
    Hard running backlines
Some fancy passes and some terrible passing and ball control
one player who played the ball facing he wrong way
Lots of tries and some no tries along with a try that wasn't a try which made video ref and on field refs look like they need glasses
Even a player of two who should have been on suspension.
All in all a fine game to watch with the right outcome unless you were a dodgies fan.

Score didn't reflect it at all. The Dogs weren't that bad, and scored a couple of lovely tries, and that 'try' for the Roosters (at a crucial time) was a travesty and a joke.

All that said, the Roosters were the better side and deserved to win.

I'm fearing this could be the Broncos' year and I don't like the idea. I still think the Roosters are the best team in the comp, the Cowboys are the team I'd like to see win it, but I'm not now optimistic about either of their chances.

Any more optimistic after this weekends results?.
Sharks didn't play that badly they were just shut out by the Cowboys and didn't get much chance to play at all
The Roosters did pretty much the same although the dodgies were a stiffer opposition.

I think the Broncs v Chooks game should have been the GF. Should be a beauty.

If the rorters don't win this week the calls will start for a Brisbane or Melbourne GF to come about. Its the only time of the year apart from maybe Origin when the ANZ stadium looks full.:bag:
