So - do we pick the same mob who stuffed it against the Spooners ?

Do we show some guts and drop a few - maybe play Leilua ? Do we drop Lafai for his idiotic passes ?

What do you think ... ;)

I think we are stuck with what took the paddock on the weekend.
Mary has made his choice to harden Dufty up for next year at FB even though Dugan is our best bet in that spot not at centre.
The question is who do you replace what he already has in the nrl side and with whom?.
None of them have shown much spark for the Cutters and it was a miracle they scraped home by one point last game.
What Mary needs to do is have them do a crash course in Yoga to stop the panic plays in attack and bloody well fix up that stupid defensive pattern they keep wheeling out.
The Dragons give away the most metres in defence and when they do mount a solid defence near the opponents line after a kick they invariably give away a penalty.
They drop back into the stand and wait or defence on the back paddle play.
Blind Freddy knows if they cant get near your goal line the opposition cant score against you,

No surprise there as they don't really have any other options. No surprise about a $10k breach notice either. Mary should stick to trying to fix what can be fixed about their game plan. Despite refereeing issues the Dragons are still good enough to win if they get their own act together

If there is no incentive to play well - no-one gets dropped - everyone gets re-signed - what hope do we have ?

We have lots of hope......after all its free and we can take comfort in that the sharks got a result after hoping for 49yrs:depressed:.
The Dragons surely have self pride and pride in the club they are playing for or has that gone as well due to allegiance to the next big contract?.
As I have said numerous times everyone can see what's rotten but can the coach fix or has he even the power to do so?.
They play like crap and then ran up a big score against the Seagles.
However impressive the score was I still saw enough issues to think the Knights were a chance. I just didn't realise how much of chance.....with or without the ref decisions for which Mary has now copped the NRL's ire.

The Dragons Board sacked half their Nrl team including the coach then resigned themselves due to incompetence.
Unfortunately it was just a dream and reality was nowhere near as good.
The Dragons were doing their usual Shite against the Bunnies who were another side like the knights and Dodgies who had trouble getting a win.

The Dragons simple errors and crap defence outweighed any chance our sporadic attack had of getting enough points to secure a win.
Bunnies proved to be the better of two bad sides and deserved the win given the pitiful effort in defence by the Dragons.

Bazza however could be on a winner with the eels apparently finishing the season like the Dragons started it by both solid defence and imaginative attack.

I actually wouldn't mind them losing a lot providing they gave it their all each game but they are getting so bad it is getting to the stage I might just watch the replay after I know how good or bad they went.
Professional footy players getting paid a motza and they cant even play the ball correctly or ensure a kick from a penalty actually goes into touch.
Their defence also has developed more holes than a swiss cheese
Meanwhile fans are paying through the nose to watch this crap should probably be offered a refund

The Dragons continue to find new and imaginative ways to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Why the hell Bryson Goodwin is going to Leigh (to play in the Championship, maybe?) I cannot imagine. He was as good as anyone on the park there.

Mad thing is, the Dragons can play great footy at times, For ten or fifteen minutes. Then they go away from what's been working for them, and lapse into the same old bad habits.
