This will be won by a big battle of the forwards. Leaning towards victory to the Cows.

Sharks making small errors, but that's all the Cows need to generate points.

Sharks showing some frustration too as Maloney is marched 10 after getting lippy.

The big result from this game will be does Wade Graham, named for a NSW debut, get a little holiday for a high shot on Thurston.

Gallen didn't get a holiday for a forearm to the face of a player so I cant see Graham getting any more than a smack on the wrist either.
It was a good game with some solid in your face defence that could have gone either way.
The sharks are on a roll this season with a good mix of players who so far haven't shot themselves in the foot the record any silly losses like previous seasons.

    GRAHAM OUT OF ORIGIN

BLUES debutant Wade Graham will not get the chance to play in the second game of the series after he was charged by the match review committee.

The second-rower received a grade one careless high tackle charge for his shot on Cowboys captain Johnathan Thurston in the Sharks’ narrow 13-10 win.

The charge itself doesn’t warrant a suspension but the 33 carry over points from a similar offense committed previously means Graham will miss the next game he plays which now happens to be Game Two.

Graham, who entered Blues camp today will more than likely fight the charge at the judiciary on Wednesday night.

If Graham is unsuccessful in his appeal Laurie Daley will have to choose a replacement between either veteran Beau Scott or barnstorming hole-runner Tyson Frizell.

Wade might not matter so much. For NSW to beat QLD is QLD is a big ask anyway.

Hopefully Wade is clear to play for SoO III.

Great game from the lads. Very pleased with the performance.

A big up yours goes to the salty North Queensland supporters on social media whingeing about a conspiracy again.

Those walnuts have almost become on par with Western Sydney Wanderers soccer supporters in never accepting defeat and blaming their loss on a conspiracy.

They must be substituting sugar for salt up there they're always salty whingers in defeat.

Manly have been known to be the game's biggest whingers for a long time but the Cowboys have well and truly taken that crown now.

As seen at the Bronco's Forum....

Not only should Wade Graham be found guilty at the judiciary, he should also be charged with attempted murder. #PrayForThurston #QLDER"

i don't pray, ever, and since Jono got to his feet straight away, the #PrayForThurston seemed just a tad over the top. :)
