After their win against the lowly Knights the Dragons should have been showing some form and confidence.
All they did against the Seagles was confirm they are not a top 8 side.

    Manly

    Offloaded the ball at will
    Ran big metres in attack
scored two easy length of the field tries
    Deserved their easy win

    Dragons
    Attack
Showed some fine form in the first set to almost score but ruined by a poor (hard) pass from Benchy
That was it and really never looked like scoring after that but managed a consolation try at the end of the game to which Manly ran in a quick response
Offloads???? I think I saw two during the game from the Dragons or three to be generous
Rarely got out of their own 40 metre area without having to resort to a kick
Dugan....I did complain all season that he is loathe to pass the ball so centre for the Blues could be a worry after last nights effort of one intercepted pass and one pass to Neville nobody.
Maybe he should not pass the ball after all or have come back from injury through the Cutters.
With the level of play these days if you are out for more than tow or three weeks a lower grade game should be mandatory.

    Defence
Got plenty of practice on their own 10 metre zone
Useless defence everywhere else on the field particularly midfield.
I have complained all season (ok whinged might be better) about their failure to move up in the face of the opposition and defend in reverse ensuring big metres each set for Manly.
Even the Foxtel commentators raised it as an issue last night

Mary needs to make some hard decisions over whether it is his coaching or the players.
Make some big changes to the clubs attitude and promote some lower graders for a run.
The way they played last night we might have difficulty getting two points from the Bye.
