Very good game by the Sharks and the Knights only ran out of steam at the back end of the game so were far from disgraced with their effort.
It was a packed house with lots of atmosphere which made a better tv spectacle than the empty seats at Homebush.

The Sharks really do execute their plays so well, don't they? A real pleasure to watch.

I for one will be sorry to see them implode in the finals.

Well I won't; I'd be quite happy to see them win.

But of course, SJ, you've got to be in it to win it.... :p

Actually I just watched the Dragons/Tigers game. The Tigers weren't at their sparkling best, but Moses v Widdop was just embarrassing. He seemed to be a bit in Brooks's shadow for a while, but he's been showing lately what a classy and skillful footballer he is. And, as so often with the Dragons, I look at Benji Marshall and I think, hey, he played pretty well, really. And you had two good young lads in the centres who looked dangerous, Frizell making damaging runs, and yet... the tries don't come. You don't hurt, or, more to the point, surprise defences. In contrast, Nofoaluma pulled your pants and gave it to Tedesco to score under the sticks.
