The battle between Feldt & O'Neill v Hunt & Auva'a (All eligible for QLD) should be good.

    Could go like this:

    Fullback: Barba or Boyd
    Wing: Gagai, Feldt and/or Oates
Centre: Inglis, Gagai, O'Neill or left field options Morgan or Mbye

Expected Inglis to lift in front of his QLD team mates, but it's not happening tonight.
    18-6 after 40.

Good on Souths for not giving up, but the Cows are building up to a stampede.
    17 remaining and it's a 38-6 clinic.

Just terrific to watch from the Cowboys. It's a simple game really, isn't it? All you need is good go-forward from your pack, and accurate passing played at a high tempo. A video of that match would be just about a perfect presentation on 'how it should be done'. Of course JT was great again, and is such a pivotal figure, but I've no doubt that NQ would have won that game even without him.

Sorry I can't provide a link to JT's after-match comments to ABC Grandstand - spent ages looking.

When questioned about the size and style of the win, JT spoke in detail about having plan(s) for each third of the field on how to defeat the Bunnies. There were also second phase plans to counter the various ways the Bunnies were likely to react. Each man knew his part in each the plans. Exceptional preparation is a major part of how the Premiers are defeating all other teams, and why they may get back-to-back GFs.

JT's comments sounded like a five minute adaption of Sun Tzu's "The art of War" applied to Rugby League.

When numerous multi-level strategies are confidently and flawlessly executed, then simple is what it looks like.
